The date, the venue or area, the service you are considering and roughly how many guests. If you already know what is being personalised, say so. Everything else can follow.

It depends on the service, the level of detail, the item, how long the station runs and how guests move through the room. Tell me your expected attendance and station duration and I will tell you what is realistic rather than quote a fixed figure.

Yes. Arabic, English or both can be planned for the same piece. Script style and placement are agreed before the event.

The item-supply arrangement is confirmed during planning. For products supplied by a client, brand or event organiser, the exact item or a matching sample may need to be checked before the booking is finalised.

I will tell you before the booking is confirmed rather than at the event. Coated, lacquered, plated and delicate finishes may require inspection or a sample test, and some items should not be attempted at all.
